Softedge with 2 tilted planes

I a m trying to adjust a softedge with 2 VPs shooting over 2 tilted planes. When I deform each VP  so it match the planes perspective, the edges that overlap are deformed in a way that they can't blend. 

Could you tell me how i can manage to blend the 2 VPs in a clean softegde ?
